He has been awarded the Prix Gilles Dusein 2000, Young Artist Prize – Venice Biennial 2001 and Absolut Art Award 2011. His work has been shown in major museums, including Dallas Museum of Art, 2002, Tate Gallery, 2004, Serpentine Gallery, 2011, Centre Pompidou, 2012. In 2013 he represented France at the Venice Biennale.
